Winter Training Program - Central Illinois Soccer Academy (CISA)

peoria city WINTER technical/skills TRAINING PROGRAM

Featuring a highly-focused and individual-guided curriculum, players will be fully immersed in a technical and skill-development program to hone and enhance their competitive playing level. In addition to traditional technical development areas of concentration – dribbling, passing-and-receiving, first-touch preparation and goalkeeping skills – there will be a special emphasis placed on ball striking and non-dominant foot proficiency. The fast-paced and dynamic, 1-hour training sessions also will provide players a base of physical preparation for their upcoming seasons as they maximize their individual time on the ball.
