peoria city WINTER technical/skills TRAINING PROGRAM
Featuring a highly-focused and individual-guided curriculum, players will be fully immersed in a technical and skill-development program to hone and enhance their competitive playing level. In addition to traditional technical development areas of concentration – dribbling, passing-and-receiving, first-touch preparation and goalkeeping skills – there will be a special emphasis placed on ball striking and non-dominant foot proficiency. The fast-paced and dynamic, 1-hour training sessions also will provide players a base of physical preparation for their upcoming seasons as they maximize their individual time on the ball. Included in the price is a light menu of bagels and breakfast bars to go.
When:
Tuesday and Wednesday mornings, 6:00-7:00 am, Jan. 14-Feb. 19, 2025
Ages/Times:
Boys and Girls in grades 6-12
Cost:
$170 for all 12 sessions
$100 for six sessions (1 day each week)
Family Discount: $160 per child (2 or more, same family); $95 for half-session program
Note: Players are required to bring their own, fully-inflated and age-appropriate ball to each training session
